When you choose a counselor it is vital to sense a certain connection. That is why we always start with an introduction meeting of 30 minutes.

When we decide to continue, we can make an appointment for a first session.

​

There are various possibilities:

- one-on-one sessions in my practice

- online sessions 

- coaching & counseling sessions in nature
